Aggrey G. Phiri

is registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Malawi, the Polytechnic and is a member of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi (MSIM).

His area of specialization is in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and Property Valuation.

He has more than 25 years working experience in a variety of construction projects in Malawi, for clientele from both public and private sectors. His work experience has been on projects in health, education, commercial, research and development, high-tech, retail, banking, religious and housing. He also has experience of working with Joint Venture (JV) Counterparts from other countries on locally and internationally funded projects thereby enhancing his collaborative approach and reputation within the region and internationally.

Monica Thindwa

is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Malawi: the Polytechnic and is currently in the process of registering with Board of Architects and a Graduate Member of Surveyors Institute of Malawi (MSIM).

Her area of specialization is in managing and handling all aspects of the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and Property Valuation.

She has more than 4 years working experience in a variety of construction projects in Malawi, for clientele from both public and private sectors. Her work experience has been on projects in health, education, commercial, research and development, high-tech, retail, banking, religious and housing. She also has experience of working with Joint Venture (JV) Counterparts from other countries on locally and internationally funded projects thereby enhancing her collaborative approach and reputation within the region and internationally.

Lameck Daudi

is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Malawi and is registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors in Malawi and a graduate member of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi (MSIM).

He has more than 16 years working experience in a variety of construction projects in Malawi for both Private and Public Institutions involving, Cost Estimating, Bills of Quantities Production, Tendering and Evaluation and Cost Control and Contract Management.

He has been a Project Quantity Surveyor for more than 20 educational Institutions including Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Tertiary Education Centres funded by the African Development Bank, World Bank, the European Union and Malawi Government.

Simeon D. Banda

is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Reading University United Kingdom, Post Graduate Diploma from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK and a Member of the RICS, Registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors in Malawi and a Member of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi (MSIM).

His area of specialization is in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and Property Valuation.

He has more than 30 years working experience in a variety of construction projects in Malawi, Lesotho and Swaziland for clientele from both public and private sectors. His work experience has been on projects in health, education, commercial, research and development, high-tech, retail, banking, religious and housing. He also has experience of working with Joint Venture (JV) Counterparts from other countries on locally and internationally funded projects thereby enhancing his collaborative approach and reputation within the region and internationally.

Atusaye T Lwara

is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying attained at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Science (Mubas) formally Known as The University of Malawi The Polytechnic. He is registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity  Surveyors in Malawi and a graduate member of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi (MSIM).

He is an expert in financial, contractual aspects of construction and construction management at large.

He has over 5 years experience working both as a contractor’s and consultant’s Quantity surveyor in private and public sectors and thus having an objective view of the industry. His work experience includes religious, commercial, residential, Education and Health projects.
