Building evaluation
The evaluation of buildings involves systematic study of buildings in real conditions of use or post occupancy evaluation with the purpose of determining its performance and state of repair once inhabited. The inspection of the property enables design improvements on existing buildings and offers feedback about future designs.
This is a service to public and private sector clients consisting of a physical inspection of a property and drawing up a list of the visual defects/upgrades required by the building i.e. schedules of dilapidation and their cost implication as an aspect of life cycle costing.
