Our focus is on mainly the following types of valuation
- market valuation where fair market value is determined based on the current market conditions is determined
- cost valuation the property replacement cost is calculated.
- comparative valuation which is done by comparing similar properties in the same area. Enabling a potential buyer with informative decision making where different options are available.
